What Is Your Shipping Method? How Long Before I Receive My Order?

All of our orders from within the United States ship via USPS Priority Mail, usually within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation, with tracking info, once your order has shipped.
 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries across the world! Please note, however, that depending on your order and country, you may be liable for customs fees and/or any other local import taxes upon on receipt of your order. Natures Rehab has no influence over how much these might be or any ability to prevent these charges from being assessed—it’s a standard part of international commerce transactions.

I Made A Mistake On My Order. Can I Update Or Cancel It?

Please send us an email at info@naturesrehabinc.com with your order information as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it.

Our fulfillment operation processes orders quickly, so we might not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!
 

Can I Return My Order?

We are a small company using only the highest quality organic ingredients, and each batch of product is made under the strictest quality-control guidelines to ensure purity and effectiveness. Because this is such a labor-intensive process, we do not accept returns or exchanges—except in the case of a product arriving damaged.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us (and include a photo of the damage) within 7 days of receiving the order and we will arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products beyond the 7-day period.
